Wall of Remembrance 30 October 2022

The members and others have been wanting an opportunity to remember their lost family, colleagues and friends, like we had in Woolwich Barracks.

On Sunday 30th October 2022, the Royal British Legion Osnabrück e.V. held the first Wall of Remembrance.

It was situated outside the branch premises in Berghoffstr 3, Osnabrück.

About 25 members and familes of lost ones turned up to remember their family and friends.

After a sermon, the Pipes and Drums played a lament and the wooden crosses were placed on the fence outside the branch, by the respective mourner.

We consider this to be a fitting occasion, to remember those lost loved ones and will be repeating this again next year.
